My problem is "One or more virtual addresses could not be found." and I assume this is because the IP address in the game.exe is decrypted.

That means that the addresses it wants are not found due to major changes in the client (usually due to patches/updates to the client). It may still work on some EP 4/5 clients.

However, elitepvpers changed the "thanks field" recently and thus, the html code has also changed - which Viper was parsing. So for new people, they won't be able to check their name. There is a workaround via registry, but I guess that's pointless given the intelligence of most of these leeches lol.

Added instructions (main post) to skip the verifier, as it's no longer working. You need to follow that in order to get past it now.
