Using the task manager on your computer do the FF:

To access task manager:
- press ctrl+alt+delete all at once then release.

Inside Task Manager:
- Select the Processess tab

after the window loads, automatically the vmware...

after the window loads, automatically the vmware tools will install, before doing anything else let the vmware install that tools, youll see it, it will prompt.. then its all good
