help can't log in

can't og in to conquer it keeps saying serve interuption or log in later, have tried multiple chars, creating new char, and different servers, as well as re-install several times.... any suggestions

not for sure what happened i've used your multi client before without problem but this time i can't log on it'll go to the screen for id log in and password but then continually tells me server...
