Missing Skills in Data pak?

So I unpacked skills csv's from my data.d04 in order to find skill indexes but even though there are csv's for venom light and infected earth, they're not in win hex. Am i missing something or are...

To find Crespo C: Look for indun_02.mac in memory view(the hex dump area). Find one with wierd symbols surrounding it, as described in Maiden's tut. Once you find one just scroll down in the hex dump...
