You can if you are VIP lvl 3 and lvl 100 or above. Then you can repair you're whole equipment with one click. Unless you are lvl 100 you cannot repair talismans it.

Remove them in Safe-Mode. Windows boot F8, there is also one in windows/SysWoW64/Drivers Delete that one to. All in safe mode.

EDIT: tip, do this all with network unplugged/disconnected.
