Any recommended tools for DDoS Protection? Like If an IP address establish a connection too often, within an interval, will that ip be blocked automatically.

About logging in the game

Offline Vendor item gone

I have problem with my offline vendor. When i summon offline vendor (with items) and when i restart the server and login, the offline vendor is naked and also the item in vendor shop is gone........
