Aimbot: 7/10, pretty good. in terms of aiming. Although visibility check is broken and the aimbot can't and won't tell whether the person is visible....

Cheats actually have no harmful impacts. You just have to watch out for malevolent sellers. As for the guy who got banned in 2 weeks, CH would probably never get you banned by the anticheat itself....
