Sql ver Win10 compatible ?

Well I've tried quite a few times to install sql2000 & sql2000 Sp4 on my system and done a lot of research trying to fix this but it just isn't compatible with windows 10 , Yeah i know it's gross ....

Is it possible to change the material type of gears? EG, The Red Crystal to Silver Powder? I don't want to have to load merchants down with materials and I haven't gotten as far as adding any npc's...
