anyways.... dodge can really be changed using CE and with the BIND program. first you need to copy the BIN file of RF...

guys..one of my friends told me(he was workin inside level up games PH)..he told me...we can change it...
the dodge on the stats screen can be changed as well as your real dodge for the game....
