1-15 Map Problems

I 1-15 to map the entry level 60 provided. But there are 60 levels the group pull Travel, Teleport Stone can not use. Does anyone have information about how to fix it?

I edited the map. ******udio added the new portal. svmap save. I wonder what made the stems, but do not have the game entered added to the portal anywhere ?
