always counter starts at 01:59:00 and time continuous decrease to 0!

I declare a serial number for a new account,
... old accounts have already one...
in both cases 01:59:00 to 0

no problem with "OGA-Loader 1.3.0 & OGA-Fastloader 0.2.0" works fine with 0.99.123
...
