If you are using OP's file it should only happen...

If you are using OP's file it should only happen in WvW

It can be fixed by changing the z cord to a few crods higher

Go to Control Panel -> Region and Language ->...

Go to Control Panel -> Region and Language -> Additional Settings -> Change 'Decimal Symbol' to a comma

That should fix it
