trying to remove effects

so i havent played in like 4 month so when i came back i tried to do the 3Deffect.ini edit to get rid of the dragon and nobility effect but it doesnt work i then search the forum but all i could find...

where are the SS effect files located, i was told flysword but i dont have that file on my effect folder. so im not sure where its located since i think i can just change the ss effect to a fb edit...

tittle says all I run dial up :D so i was wondering is i can take it out somehow cause it really is laggy in GW when alot of them are dukes and others, and also sdg effect pretty much everything cept...
