trying to remove effects

so i havent played in like 4 month so when i came back i tried to do the 3Deffect.ini edit to get rid of the dragon and nobility effect but it doesnt work i then search the forum but all i could find was some guy saying to remove the path of the 3DeffectObj.ini file which i did but didnt work

how can i remove the dragon and nobility effect now with w/e TQ did to the files?

but TQ did change the files around right? and which set of coding if the nobility effect all i see is knighticon and some other knight stuff is that it?


wel i removed the whole filre actually and nothing, can u explain what i need to remove?
