Yes, offsets are memlocs in the strictest sense of the word. But the way FFXIapp hooks into FFXI is different than the other programs. So to distinguish the two, Argus, Pos, etc use the term...

The offsets will work for fleetool, argus, pos, wardrove, etc tho.

It also doesnt spawn the NM every time, so make sure you take plenty of berries.. There has been times where I had to trade a berry 5 times before the NM spawned.
