nop your right on that its only drawing the monster closer to you so u can see if its beeing attacked or what ever. it will not make monster hitable if hes too far. (client side effect only)

actuly its a timer inside your client not server...

actuly its a timer inside your client not server side. It will be log on Server but the timer is client side and can be change. what happen is max speed for a player is chocobo speed. You're client...
