whenever i open Se!man's bypass it says "the application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b) press OK to close the application" ny1 knows how to solve this??please help

guys please help me my prob is simple msvcr100.dll was missing i dled it c&ped it to the game directory and system directory says[Only registered and activated users can see links]
tried replacing it...
