If your removing BP, you have to delete the items from cq_itemtype and itemtype.dat. You also have to edit cq_disdain to the appropriate values. Then you have to hex out the windows and placeholders...

I find nfoservers.com to be one of the best in the US. Speedtests yields 500+/500+ every time and they have great peering agreements so people that normally would get very high ping don't as often.
