Haven't done it in awhile, but find your zf folder (C://zf), right click, delete.
Open your recycle bin and empty it.
Restart the servers and it should be fixed.

No, how about you **** off. We're not here to "help you fast", especially when it relates to illegal software that isn't even allowed on these forums. You can ask us questions about them, you can see if we have an answer ( which is highly unlikely since they're ****** illegal), but don't get impatient with us because we won't help you figure out how to use your illegal software. Go back to whatever board you found those on, because we don't want any. Good day.

No, you don't. You don't even know the half of it, yet you're willing to bend over just to get your question answered. You created an account here just to ask this question about TQ binaries. I don't know who recommended you to download TQ binaries or told you to register here to ask questions, but they're doing you no favors. TQ binaries are heavily exploited, illegal to operate, unsupported, etc. You're doing no service to your friends hosting a server like that. Let TQ binaries die already.

cq_disdain is the bp table mess around with it until you figure it out, there some references in the eo source.

Dont bother running a server then if u dont wish to even try and solve a simple problem/issue. Your the reason that give binarys a bad name aswell or any form of conquer server, people dont wish to resolve there own problems and want everything given to them on a silver platter. I would suggest not running a server or attempt to because you have absolutely no intentions in learning even binarys which is probably the simplest **** known to man.

Binaries are the reason binaries have a bad name. They're illegal, exploited, encourage poor server practices, interfere with actual development, etc. I seriously wish whatever egy board that's posting them would simply not.
