I successfully completed all instructions, but when I try to "start all server service", they show an arrow for a few seconds, then they all go back to paused. How can I fix this?

you can go in and edit the DB so your character...

you can go in and edit the DB so your character is level 70, and then put the armor on. that's how i do it on my server.
