Buying e-pins on MTCGAMES, in summary

You can change it, but only if you are a resident of Turkey because to change the payment flag, they ask for a photo of your identification and also an explanation of why you made a purchase outside of Turkey, which would be why you lost the payment. You should only activate the VPN when you enter a payment section. In it, you can access the store and buy in-game items with in-game currency. If you're going to buy something in the store with real money, then you should activate the VPN.
