What is happenning on pvp ?

Hello guys ,in the past weeks i'm experiencing very strange situations on pvp .
I see guys repair full while i shoot them, target,shoot me on less than a milliseconds after they see me and send me some item that remove my ship 400k hp. this have never Happen to me before..
There is something fishy or something new that i dont know about ? Or Im just getting noob?

if they rep while u shooting they probably have sand of times activated (level 2 hourglass)

im not sure how people get instant VP rep, but alot of people on gl6 do this 6-10 times an hour and heal 600k VP

its a war tool. when they are attacking you, they can repair at the same time as well because the tool spams the repair button. in connection with hour glass and repair stone → one repair = 100k HP

and the item what youre describing is most likely 10x dragon fire lvl 2

a War Tool simply will make your gameplay worse, unless you can't use your keyboard and mouse at the same time
