Change language Fiddler?

How can i change my game language i want to change it to DE on NL1 server ... i know it is possible but dont know how to get it can somebody help me with it ? need to responde these links like "GET /client/lang/general.lang.php?lang=NL&3ErJcDu1?Odpm6m6S HTTP/1.1" into
"GET /client/lang/general.lang.php?lang=de&3ErJcDu1?Odpm6m6S HTTP/1.1"
