Hi... I’m trying to buy a license but when I click on the link, it showed me a white screen and I can do nothing. I tried to reinstall the program, to deactivate antivirus but nothing.

You can click on the link in the logbox to open it in your browser, or the button on the statistics tab to open it in SFCollector. Otherwise you can go and enter your license-key manually if none of the above work.
