I have a problem, I have 2 ships, a ship is restarting the 5 regularly, with the other hangs at the restart of 5, I tried to change the name but nothing .. what I have to do..attere answe

I have a problem, I have 2 ships, a ship sva very well and restart at 5 regularly, the second ship hangs on restart 5, I tried to change the name, but nothing. what I have to do .. .. I await an answer ..
