Just close and open SFcollector.
For example, if you want to stop collecting glitters and start making a bonus map, uncheck the option Collect Glitters and select de bonus map you want. Close the SF and open it again, so now click on Join Bonus Map, then it will make your bonus map.

If you want Auto Join Bonus Map, you must select the box BEFORE you restart the SFcollector!
