How does the event work?
There are two factions at war with each other:
Dalton's Armada and Regent's Fleet.
Dalton's Armada is led by Jane Dalton and Walter Buckinghamand Regent's Fleet by Roger Flynt and Mortimer Gray.
The regular NPCs that drive around the map attack NPCs and players that support the opposing faction.
Solon Coins are only obtainable if the player has reputation with Dalton's Armada and Plato's Coins if the player has reputation with the Regent's Fleet.
You will be able to collect reputation for those factions by sinking enemy NPC Ships and doing quests for the respective side. It is only possible to have a positive amount of reputation forone of the factions.
There will be two separate rankings counting the ranking points of the killed faction NPCs. If the sum of all ranking points of a faction beats a certain threshold that faction will have a buff the following day that will have increased spawns of NPCs.
Every other day the threshold is determined by the previous dayssum of ranking points of that faction. (similar to Cassiopeia Event)
For the duration of the Event all normal sea charts will count as Commonwealth and all Commonwealth bonuses are active everywhere.
Which event ships will I meet in the sea charts? During the Civil War you will find two 2 event ships sailing regularly on the seven seas:
Dalton's Armada: Dauntless Corsair
Regent's Fleet: Monarchs Marauder
You might also meet one offour Admirals:
Dalton's Armada: Bloody Buccaneer, Walter Buckingham
Regent's Fleet: Regents Revenge, Roger Flynt
All Event NPCs can be found between maps level 2-30 and must be shot with elite ammunition.
Roger Flynt and Walter Buckingham have a specialbehavior:
Walter Buckingham will prioritize attacking players with a lot of reputation points for Regents Fleet. Every 30 seconds he will stun 5 players for 5 seconds.
Roger Flynt will prioritize attacking players with a lot of reputation points for Daltons Armada. He will also infatuate (like you know from Siren NPC) 5 players for 5 seconds.
Both of them will despawn and reward you when they have 10% of their HP amount left.
What are the rewards for sinking the event ships?
The Civil War also includes a new rewarding mechanism which will reward you depending on your reputation points. The more reputation points you have, the more reward you will receiveincremental.

Does any ammo cause extra damage against the event targets?Yes!Skull ammo causes much more damage than any other ammunition.
How does the arena work?The Event also includes a new domination styled arena map with no access fee.You can access the Arena by speaking to Teresa Jones in any of the safe harbours.
Every team has five team members.After joining the map your design will change (it`s just a visual exchange, your gem stats will stay) and you will receive a buff.You will also note three NPCs on the map which can be conquered by destruction. The team members need to shoot the monster to kill it.On destruction a new NPC spawns that belongs to the team.
The NPC will attack players by spawning small damage zones under a player. The zone will stay for some seconds and will cause damage to all players of the enemy team.
Each NPC gives points for the belonging team. That means the more NPCs the team has the faster the team get points.
Each minute the team will also get a certain amount of points for each NPC the team has.
The team that has reached 1000 Points first wins the arena.
Points are also awarded for killing players of the enemy team.
What rewards can I get from the arena?After you have finished the arena fight, you will be rewarded with Pearls, Event Keys and Ranking Points:
Best player of winning team: 5 Ranking Points
Other players of winning team: 3 Ranking Points
Losing team: 1 Ranking Point

Will there be any quests during the event?
Yes!Each of both factions does also have two Quest Giver:
Regents Fleet: Roger Flynt and Mortimer Gray
Daltons Armada: Jane Dalton and Walter Buckingham
If you visit the Quest Giver in a Safe Haven, theywill challenge you with two series (per faction) of quests to solve. The last of each quest series can be solved more than once and reset every 24 hours. There is also an Arena Quest available which can be repeated every 24 hours.
What else can I find in the Sea Charts?
You will find Event Treasure ChestsandWrecks on all PvP maps.
Event Chests you can open with Event Keys. They can be bought on the Black Market.
In the Chests you will find many useful items, like ammunition, Tritons Benelovenceand some other action items.
The Wrecks must be shot with Harpoons. Items such as Skull Ammo, Crystals, and Cannons can be obtained from theWrecks, if you make the last shot!
What can I do with all the Coins Ive collected?Solons and Platons Coins can be used to purchase designs and items in the Black Market! You will be able to buytwo of thenew Ship Designs, but also various buffs, Event keys, Ammunition and more.
What happens with my Coins and event keys after the event?
Solons and Platons Coins will be exchanged for in-game items. Specific details will be revealed nearer the end of the event.
The Event Keys will be replaced by normal chest keys at a ratio of 1:1.
