Login Problem

Hello,

since yesterday for some reason i cannot login.

I enter , put my ID and Password, and when i press login it's prompting me .

That happenned when i entered game, pressed "Server Menu" and pressed .

When i put my ID and Password in that page it just reloads and asking for it again and again.

Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!!

Hello, that happens if you click the play button.

You will connect to the new server, which doesn't work at the moment.

So if you try to log in again you will receive this message

"Authorization Required

This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required."


To fix this error you can ask in the forum of your language for help, in german forum for example an admin tested some things and i think he logged in through a panel in a guy's account on the right server what solved his problem.

Oh so it's a big fault of mine. My account was inactive for 3-4 years i tried to enter last night, didn't knew that!!

Can't speak German though to see the fix, anyone knows how to fix it?

Your account was inactive, but did you log in at all during those 3-4 years? Generally, BP will terminate an account if there are no log in attempts for an extended period of time. Your best course of action is to contact support at: but it sounds like your account was terminated for inactivity.

No i didn't, and account didn't terminated. Just recovered my account and was playing normally.

I figured the mistake i did, i tried to enter the new server which is not open yet, as the guys above said.

I've same problem, maybe morning restart will solve it.

There's a warning on the forum about this. INT11 is a new server. If you login there with your existing account you lost your ship.

You don't need to speak german just go to the forum of the language you speak and ask an admin in the technic thread for help - that's all.

Tell him the problem and how he can solve it, I am sure he will help you.

The support can help, if you clicked on the new server in the server list. Maybe, on your support working idiots . If they cant fix, they have to ask from BP (example from the big head, ICM) how have to do

I've been told by SK/CZ support that they can't help me. They recommended me to clear cookies and cache so I tried it but not successfully. I replied them about it but they tell me to wait to repair or new server to start..
