lol, if they cant help, you can recommend them: "ask from somebody, who is smarter, example ICM"  (the support can help, but if not, they dont know, how they can, and they also need help...) But i dont care, some days, and maybe you can play again, without support

Kimi, I talked about it with bg support leader and he couldn't help me neither, in his opinion only developers can enter it and help us. So I gotta wait till they open that server.

Okey, i know, they can help, because, they helped also me! I also clicked on the new server.. and i couldt login other server.. and they fixed.  Okey, wait for a new server start .

Hey,
The French support can help you.
Join the french forum, send your username, your server and user ID here: 
They will change your current server, don't add anything more into your message that can make them thinkng you are not french.

Hey guys i have a problem with my server (its dns) when i login i select my char and i login normaly but when my friend try to login he login normaly he select the char and then he go back to login screen and the problem is i dont know is on client or in server.
if anyone know pls help me i have done alot of work on those server files.
