Some question about seafight :)

Hallo guys , I played seafight very much 3/4 years ago .. And yesterday I came back to play but I have some questions ..

I have already 140 cannon ( 60 ponds ) so here come my first question :

- I read on the forum that you can max have 298 cannon . Where can I expand my boat to have more cannon ?

- And i take 7 seconds to shoot :/ .. What I need to buy to attack quickr than that ? I have friends who hit every 3 sec . Someone can explain me ?
