Canon problem Help please

I dont know were is the problem i ahve 120 Vodo canon and 167 60 Pounder lvl 5 and i shoot in normal elite amo 37 K and normal i must shoot 41 K and my ship is full of all skills and castels ....

still bad dmg for these cannons and full ship...

check if u lose cancer's dmg (7%)
