In last year (2014) you need:

1000 croused and 500 radiant for medium Design (Balista)
950 croused and 50 radiant for low design (scorpion)

Maybe now, it will be similar

Not sure it will be similar because there are too many snapjaws on the maps so players can earn so many croused souls
But it gives a pretty good idea of what the price will be, so thanks
