.NET Frameworl 4.6.2

I extract it with "extract here" also the whole .zip (on my desktop)

i moved it from C: to D: and now it`s working. Tanks

but could it be so simple? ^^"

Yes, it could happen sometimes due to config file corruption, don't worry about it.
