Download VMWare or if you use Windows 8 activate Hyper-V, download an ISO of Windows and install it on VMWare or Hyper-V.
Now you just have to set-up the bot on the virtual client and you are good to go

Enabling Hyper-V for Windows 8.1

Download VMWare

It is working perfectly fine for me and I used it on both (VMWare and Hyper-V).
If it works slow for you, you might want to give more ram or add processors.

You need to have it installed and and ISO of an Operating System, otherwise this will take to much time for me.
