normal mode- jump to boss map - go shot keto, bring keto to alexander (he will follow you) - go totally left up corner - use skyfire flight on keto to make him slow, use pumpkin power or speedstone to move to ladon, shot ladon like you want(hollow, confetti)- after finish ladon, go to keo, shot him, bring him to white circle, which ladon left and shot like you want. simple - get 3 magic this **** and crystals - do it 2x then ...
elite mode - same like normal, bring keto to alexander - shot ladon, when appear 4 small white circles go to one, if appear small snake cheli, shott and get dmg zone. shoot shoot... after bring keto to white circle and finish. simple.
never use this idiot in left side, he no help you, only give you the worst score. do it all alone.

You can do it all with hollows, for hex mode it takes only about 350k hollows if you are hitting 30k every time, less than 350k if you use the blue circle for damage

If you want the perfect reward, follow these videos.
If you want the 2nd reward, you kill Keto first and then Landon
If you want the 3rd reward, the worst. Save the healer from the creepers.
