Yes it does but you can max it out faster, but also cheaper.

Check at either proxynova.com or download "Cyber Ghost". (CyberGhost costs money if you're looking for a Venezuelan proxy, but it offers better speed.)

If you're smart, use the eliteproxy as well - it's better than transparent proxies, because BP can't prove that you ever used a proxy But, of course, it's slower.

There also exist other sites for proxies, but these two that I've mentioned are very good.

You should expect loooong waiting times between the clicks, maybe you're lucky enough to encounter some adds or warnings as well. (Dont worry - it's normal..)

do you think you could create a account for me with the venusuala payment? when ever i try to go to buy something my screen goes white. i can use the proxy to get on seafight, just not the payment section.

Use several proxies and wait when you get white screen, it should be still loading.

so i was able to make a hungarian account but for some reason venusualan account wont work for me
