1st No , it have rly high ban risk.
2nd 50 % radiation gym i guess u mean 50 % DoT ( Damage On Time ) that 1 make your enemy burn effect 50 % less effective example : enemy hit u with burning ice ammo and taking 2 k dmg when u got ice on your ship right ? with this gem he will just take down 1 k
Dodge gem chance decrase your opponent hit propablity .
