Impressive Black powder is:

- 10% increased critical damage

- 10% greater chance of stroke

- These bonuses apply to strengthen cannonballs

- Talent "Knowledge of alhimista" will not give you any effect if you do not use black powder - so they work together. This skill increases the effect of black powder, but increases the total damage.

- When enabled black powder will use much less ammo, making each volley cheaper for you

Also removed the limit where it could be used "Eye of the Eagle" and "shrapnel rain" together to clean up our code
