Best way to get higher rank?

What's the best way to get higher rank emblem, I have bronze coin now but I want silver coin and it says i need 132k points for silver coin but I only have 610k.

What is best way to earn theese points?

Shoot only with e ammo and do as many bonusmaps as you can
