Event bio-weapon bug

I found a little bug. It gives you no profit, but it lets you make your enemies (or allies that you dont like) get really angry.

should I post it here or keep it to myself? If I reveal it, there will be a lot of jerks infecting everyone in the servers with nothing to do about it.

Go to tortuga when you have toxic circle. Now you can go to other people and toxic them.

Haha we all know that. Im talking about a bug, that helps to **** your enemies with them not being able to do anything about it.
