after the restart ..
some stuff come
1 . low chance critical damage by admiral cannon
2 . the max damage has refused ( i was shooting with my mini ship to 63XX ) now 61XX
3. ship castle>Forecastle> cannon reloaded lvl6 = 2.5 second (was 1.5 second)
4. pouder monkeys delete it from seafight
