problems with SCAR

hello. i got some problems with scar as the title already says..
this is my problem : when i want to download scar.. it downloads succesfully (in the download bar then )

but as soon as i want to open it to install it i get this error : (screenshot)
it says verwijderd (that means removed ) (in dutch)
could anyone help me ?
btw this is the first time i got this problem with installing scar before this it worked fine..

Ik zie dat er verwijderd staat.. lijkt me dat je belg/nederlander bent dus ik ga het je in nederlands uitleggen.

oke dat heeft gewerkt maar er is nu een ander probleem... als ik scar geinstaleerd heb en hem wil openen staat dit er

Heb op dit moment geen idee hoe je dat moet oplossen.. volgens mij hoeft dat ook niet, als jij jou script in een bestand hebt, zou hij het automatisch moeten openen met scar.
