Yep these links are unuseable as soon as the voodoos are out of the ""normal"" payment.

Sure you can, become an TGC member(TOP GAMERS CLUB) and you can contact support .. I dont know if it still works(or if it ever worked) but they might be able to let you buy stuff others cant  Like the tauris bm etc.. Heard it long time ago idk if it was true.

as you want and I address the voodoo guns were now opened recently Nov. packages with 10.50 and 120 guns voodoo. anyone help?

Probably just another trick from BP´s side. Let me promise you one thing: those packages will be available again. What BP does now, is that they want you to feel like you just missed an awesome deal, and when they (after a while) finally put them back, many will buy them, to ensure that they have got them forever. 
And when everyone has bought them, BP will finally release packages for the other cannons. Just a guess, though
