Wenezuelian payment

I have question I can make account with this payment when I use only proxy ?
and I'll be bann for it ?

you only need to use venezuelan proxy when you register a new account. After you have registered you dont need to login with the proxy.

Any trace that shows you are not from venezuela can get you banned. So dont use your credit card, paypal etc. Use an anonymous payment method like bitcoin and you will be safe.

Y was banned for 2 months for using Venezuelan Payment, I always used Venezuelan Proxy and to pay and to play, but my credit card wasn't from Venezuela and the support changed the payment of the account and also banned it.

Non-sence, register account, activate proxy go to payment and tada. you got venezuela proxy.. rlly that hard?
