have players who are using two buds at the same time! and this possible?

Buds? I think you mean that there are players who use 2 boots/ships? If yes, then look there:

ships with great speed! My ship has 5 talents in speed and yolk ability to speed and could not reach!

my speed is 932, normal way, with a boost, over 1,1k

just hit the ship overview in the top right of ur sea chart,will pop up new page there u will find ur speed in the right
