Guys, do you know how it is possible that some1 gets design every 3rd timeand somebody kills event NPC 500 times and does not get it ? Don´t say it is about the luck when in this game it is not (just about the money)
I know people who gets it like 10 times per a day and from the synchronization I have not get any ... so maybe some bug or depends on map where is higher chance to get it?

Ps: I spent 10 millions hollows to get 2 stupid designs. Since synchronization I got 0 after ~60 tries

Maybe something with last shot(critical) and getting design.

I got it after 7 ships after sync. So..i'm pretty sure it's random..
