I think if you redeem the Voucher and you have Premium, your Voucher will be stay 7 days longer than your Premium.

Example: You did it found yesterday (13.05.2014) in chest. Then you have redeemed the voucher and you have Premium until 24.04.2015 then your sailmaker will stay until 01.05.2015 on your ship.
