I've seen this before.. We had a test on our server and a admin (Probably a S-MOD/BA, S-MOD with alot of rights) was able to click Voodoo Amulet's like hell when a few players came from a tortuga light..

But this S-MOD didn't shoot a island, neither he shot players, he just refilled his Voodoo Points like a idiot, and left the map with topgun topspeed... and we never saw 'm again :P
