So, if I find voodoo piest lvl3 and I don't open new chests more, don't buy any buffs in BM, I can use it "till they fix"?

yes i think , you can open chests but if you find again priest it falls

Maybe is fixed cause a friend of me opened a priest after 5~ days he got sunk and priest fell off. After that he opened again after some days he got sunk and again it fell off.

My Main Char is a level 80 holy dwarf Priest equipt with Naxx/Ulduar 25Holy epix and Deadly Gladiator, I'll add an Armory Link as soon as the site is online again.
My Priest got a lot of cool titels like Twilight Vanquisher, the immortal and some more, he owns a Black Proto Drake with a flying speed of 310%.
