guys come on now we all know that seafight want a good cpu a normal androit phone has 1 ghz 1 core....so if you succed to play you will have huge lag

Well.. Some phones are already pretty good, and they are evolving like hell. ^^
I use Samsung Galaxy S4, and it works pretty good, with almost no lag..

You have to choose the browser that works best for you

And, this is not for war.. It´s just if you dont have any access to the computer, but really want to play.

Yes, android works. You have to download a flash browser, like I wrote.., and run seafight from there.
